Yea, i do agree that Thomas and Joshua's rivalry would be better if they were the same age as the age difference does make it somewhat strange. 

Reno though really wouldn't go for a leader position nor would he support one since he is not really into all of those matters. Getting him to be on someone's side in a conflict inbetween friends would be impossible, especially with how dense he can be at times.
