Well, to get this out of the way, I think this will be a DM heavy RP for sure. Other than that:

Well...I've skimmed the document, and my first impression is that it looks like you're trying to stuff a Pokemon VG style system into Digimon (especially reminds me of Hackmons). Just a bit too many stats for my personal taste.
I can see where you are coming from as this is ran in a very VG like system but (at least in the old days) I feel that there was much more power competition (especially as this feels a little like the Digimon World (unlike Story series like dawn) games where the main objective is to just raise your Digimon trying to get it to evolve and do it all again when it dies.) when Digimon was min-maxing, but I've never grown too fond of that system to be honest.
I understand a numerical MP gauge for techniques is tracked easier online versus PnP, I prefer spell slots simply because I dislike technique spam builds.
This is why you don't hear DnD stories like "And the paladin cast destructive wave until everything was dead" I'm one for spells but I'm just going to assume that any SPecial ability might use tons of [System Recource here]
The multi family "classing" can honestly get ridiculous for power gaming, and the group bias on features especially widens the gap between regular playable and distinctly powerful Digimon lines
To vouch for this argument, I was looking to get enough gen to multi fam/field in the start so that I'd pick up Nightmare Soldier as a second for whatever and look for cunning hoping to get some good line and speed level (just a heads up for OP other than I'll try to steer away from what I see as op in mechanics as the character probably won't know it or has never even tried)
It's really just a "create a class/monster" system right now rather than in the spirit of "no Digimon is useless/weak" I felt the anime liked to portray (unless you're allowing blatant exceptions like ZeedMilleniummon to be possible partners).
Well, I know your point but I'd call back to the World games (especially 1, (2? never played it) and whatever those new handheld ones are that went back to the same system.) seeing as the games were made with 'Preferrable' Evolutions. as for monster generator stuff, I'm kinda split on saying that.
Besides that, the Generation stat and its derivative system is solid, while the technique types are...again complicated to keep track of for the average DM picking this up but a decent concept.
Well, this system as I said already but come to the point, is very DM heavy (hence I'd probably start with DnD 5E or PF campaign for DMing the generation system feels like a good touch for a Digimon 'PnP'
Excuse me for being blunt, but having experience and partial breakdowns over attempting to power game extensive meta systems like DnD 4th edition, while trying to keep my characters original as possible, made me grow sick and tired of those games.
This is very understandable as even I grow a bit bore to systems where people do power game or just about everyone knows, you are inherently at a disadvantage for not doing so.
I understand that you play tested a previous iteration with a group months before, and improvements probably have been made since then, so I'm certainly not putting down your dedication and effort.
Agree, nothing much to say aside from that.
I'm offering my services as a technical adviser rather than full DM (I have little actual experience besides subbing for my play group a few times), though when the time comes I'd like to join the players as long as I'm not involved with story elements; this way I could give better feedback on your system and help improve it at least how you envision it, without over complicating it by the end.
A very interesting disposition. I won't object
By the way, my Digimon knowledge stems from briefly watching Adventures 1 & 2, Tamers, Data Squad, and Fusion, and also beating my Digimon World Dawn video game.
You've got the 4 series I like most in Digimon down though I did not like fusion much I've watched them all and Digimon Story Dawn(/Dusk) is a good game, one I enjoyed very much in-fact but it is really different from the system that (I think) this was conceptually based on.
Sorry to go on like this but I just wanted to give my view contrasted here (though pretty much akin). I might get back to bisecting [@tobiax] next but I'm out of time.
