[@Xeiyenreisha] Mmm... There's something I have to bring up with you, actually. I've gotten a few messages, on the guild or not, about people worrying about your behavior in the grand scheme of things. Now, I'm not about to drop names. I prefer, if there's a lot of complaints, to keep the complainers anonymous. This way I don't accidentally start any fights. Anyway, on with said complaints. Some people have expressed concerns with both Tsukiko and Shinrei's character, for example. For Shinrei it's not so much the character itself, they're fine, but it's more along the lines of you playing him up to be a big deal when he hasn't actually done anything yet. "He's not the hero of this story", as someone put it. With Tsukiko it's much the same problem, you keep talking about her without actually showing much for it. Another issue they have with Tsukiko is the sudden 90° turn from depression into sudden nihilism, feeling it came a little too hard out of left field. Another thing is the way you talk about other people's characters. You tend to overhype a certain aspect of them to where they aren't really recognized as anything other than that one aspect anymore. I'm going to use one of my characters as an example, not because of bias, but to protect the integrity of my players. Granted, this is one of the LESSER cases, but to bring up someone else would cause finger pointing. Anyway, take Ethel. She's a quiet loner who doesn't like weaklings, but you seem fixated on the loner aspect and used to compare them to Shinrei almost all the time. I personally do't really mind much, and you've stopped doing this with Ethel for the most part, but it was worth bringing up I feel. The third concern is... Well, a joke I made a page back. People generally consider the both of them to be sharper than a razorblade in terms of edge. As another put it, "There is only so much sharpness you should have before it gets boring". I know the theme you're going for and for the most part am fine with it, but the playerbase in general doesn't quite seem to agree with that consensus and wants you to scale it back just a little. The next concern is actually quite meta-game ish: Telling people what to do in the OOC or somewhere else to basically score points with your characters on an interaction. To be fair, it's mostly driven by the current situation with Jangel (Showing them the exact page number with Ben so Angelo does a complete 180° personality shift), but it isn't the first time you've done it. Say, talking to me for example to... Idk, have Haas show up somewhere where Shinrei is. Completely pulled that out of a vortex, but it's just an example. People generally don't like it when you try to roll a story in your favor, or center it around your characters. This one's minor and doesn't bug me at all, but Shinrei being able to pull that bridal carry stunt was a little random. And no, I actually didn't come up with this one. Now the LAST concern... Is your conversational topics. I've had someone tell me they put the RP on hold for a little while until the OOC stops with 'All the pervert talk', which was just a reference to all the silly stuff you type out. It's a little bit of a concern of mine too, since while it's related to the RP, it's also dragging it into places it wasn't supposed to be in. Card game city, not a harem basically.
