She keeps on top of dying it so it rarely shows it's natural hue.

[b][color=9e005d]Personal Style:[/color][/b] José's style can be described as 'modest but wild'. She not one for short or revealing clothes but crazy patterns, out-there styles and eye-popping colours are her area. She usually has one item of clothing in it's wild styling and the rest in neutral colours, often black. Most of her clothes have been tampered with and revamped by herself. In cooler weather she usually wears a leather jacket or a black hoodie. She doesn't often wear dresses or skirts but she does on the rare occasion.

José wears makeup almost all the time when she will be in public for a decent amount of time (because what's the point of getting dolled up to buy a bag of chips then lounge around watching movies all day, right?). She often wears natural make-up (despite the coloured eyeshadow, however, she's not afraid to experiment with different colours and styles and such on occasions, particularly if she's doing more then going out-and-about.

Well if you thought José as so you're very wrong, despite a small collection of girly interests when it comes to girly José is anything but. She generally enjoys the company of guys over girls. José likes to get her hands dirty and has no problem with mud or grime. 

José is fiesty, determined and, mentally, strong. Her eye-striking hair makes a statement on her bold personality. She will stand up to rumours and bullying. She's very headstrong and stubborn and can become very short-tempered around people or situations that annoy her. She's sarcastic yet cares for others. She knows what she wants, she knows the world isn't fair but that's going to stop her from nothing. She very much a daydreamer and often imagines ways to make the world a better place. She's also a Christian. she doesn't promote it but she will not deny it if asked and she doesn't take precautions to hide it. To those she gets along with she's a big goofball and loves hugs.

José was born to an American woman and her Swesish husband in Gothenburg, Sweden. Where her father worked in the metalwork industry while her mother was a stay-at-home mum. José has a sister 2 years older than her, Courtney, a twin sister, Rachael, a brother 3 years younger, Peter, than her and a sister 5 years younger than her, Alison. Nothing overly impressive came from José's life at this point. From a young age she was quite a tomboy and seemed to prefer the company of guys

When José was 11 her mother became ill. Her parent didn't tell their children what their mother had nor how severe it was at the time, they felt their children were too young then and chose it better to not bring it up. The family quickly moved to their parent's hometown in Connecticut, America for their mother's treatment. It took 3 years but, eventually, her mother regained to full health. It was years later José found out it was breast cancer her mother had. 

At 14 José family moved yet again... to Hartford. As a way to make friends she attended a youth program at the local church where José a boy her age named Richard. They became fast friends. José discovered Richard was a guitarist and Richard found José had a great voice and soon the pair and 3 other friends formed a band called 'Outway Street' the band's still going and, despite playing the occasional gig, Outway Street is just a hobby for the band and not something done professionally. 

As José got older she got into makeup while keeping quite a tomboy personality and found herself quite good at it. Her grade remained quite average so she decided to drop out at the end of grade 10 and do an apprenticeship in makeup and beauty. She excelled in her apprenticeship and completed it within 2 years (please tell me if the American system is different).

At this point José was 18. Not only had she finished her apprenticeship but the beauty salon she had down it at were going to hire her, yet that wasn't the weeks highlight. Outway Street were playing at a local event. Of course, they'd played gigs around town in small places but nothing like this. It was no music festival but it was the biggest crowd the amateur band had played to, José felt exhilarated as the band spread their music among a new audience.
