[@Vampy] ah true However it is still an oxide as in two oxygen molecules. Where the carbon has two double bonded oxygens attached to it and it should make a 'straight' line when the molecules are looked at. So yes carbon Dioxide is called CO2, but it still contains two atoms of oxygen and one atom of carbon. my problem is that I've taken a ton of science so i over analyze it a bit >.> but the plant thing still applies, plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen into the air hence why tree and plants are important.
