I prefer to keep things on site personally. It is a bother to always having to check ANOTHER site for something that could just as well be on site. Chances are that if people go to Chatzy or whatever, I won't participate in the smalltalk very much nad the OOC will die out as nobody uses it other thne for sporadic comments regarding IC.

Basicly. I come to this site to rp and hang with rpers. Not chatzy. If every RP I was in had a chatzy I'd go crazy. Centralized is good. Spread out is not.
