With only his mother to care for him another young man stepped up in his life as his father figure. His uncle Shane, the two grew close as Shane taught him to ride and how to fight. Soon the village children would gather to watch Bris and Shane train, awe struck at the two fighters. When Bris was twelve he finally told the story of how Shane learned to fight, Shane explained how he had been soldier and Bris's father a knight. In secret Bris's father had trained him to fight like a knight, Shane left the the army when he had the chance, coming home he wanted to protect the people here. Bris's father Noren would visit and bonded with Amelia, Bris's mother, eventually the two marrying. Yet during his last tour of duty, Noren was killed trying to protect a village in the mountains. Bris hugged Shane soon after that it came time for Bris to learn how to fight on horse back. He learned to joust, throw spear's and even fire a bow while remaining seat on his mount. He grew taller and stronger, soon even Shane couldn't keep the boy in line. He would race horse's at the track on the far side of the village, even making bets with the others. On his eighteenth birthday he made his first trip out of the town and deep in to the forest, he saw ruins and strange creatures. He loved it, soon he had made up his mind. He worked hard and saved money for years to help out. On his twentieth birthday he handed his mother a sack of rupee's a couple thousand at least inside, he kissed her forehead then hugged her tightly. Next he looked to Shane, the man who had been like a father to him. He hugged his uncle tightly, finally releasing him Shane offered him three things. A lance, a sword, and his father's shield for the young man to protect himself out their in the world. Bris saddled Epona petting the chestnut gently tying his bags to her saddle. He waved, crying a little as he left his home and his family. Having now been traveling for two years he has found himself in Castle Town, not for the celebration but to see the temple of time. He is a mercenary of some renown, as his skill with a blade far surpasses his age many laugh, few believe this boy to be the Lux the mercenary. Yet those who see him fight can scarcely deny that the young boy could hold his old against even greatest of Hylian knights. He has only recently heard the legend of the hero but he is enamored by it, wanting to know more of the stories of this hero reincarnated he has returned to castle town, heading towards the temple of time, wondering what information it could hold. Unknown to him on his left hand the gift of goddesses, the Triforce wisdom has awoken etching it's pattern along his hand, it's soft glow hidden by his gloves.
