Huh. Duh. Alliance. First Alliance Guard; Second Alliance Guard; etc. And it works well with the nations having their own forces, too, because then I can have the Utah Army, Navajo Army... Yeah, that's what I'll roll with, and I can change the word "League" to "Alliance" without feeling at all fidgety. Or, potentially, I don't have to change the name at all because they DO have an alliance...

EDIT: Not sure on Braves. I don't want to do anything that might actually come across as, well, offensive. There's a careful line I tread between writing something respectful and writing something that doesn't really honor the folks who inspired this nation idea. I err on the side of caution, typically.
