[@KahleenCuthald] Depends on what you want to make, I suppose. Flash allows you to make a library of images, so I saved images of walls and icons and snapped them together easy. It helps that you can edit the master image and it changes all the individual instances together. [u][b]BUT[/b][/u] If you want to [i]design [/i]a map, get some Lego or playing cards and draft out a map with those. Being able to manipulate a physical "map" with two hands is a lot easier and lets you be more creative than manipulating a digital map with one cursor. I actually made the lab map with playing cards and bits of paper with room names written on them. Once you do have a plan though, yeah, Flash is a good tool.
