Obviously I'm not Flagg, but I would imagine he'd think it fine.

To be perfectly honest, I don't think anyone pays much attention to fact sheets, I sure don't. Just get the basics down so people can look up your head of state, capital, etc. so they can incorporate your content into their posts. That's what a NRP fact sheet should be - not this exhaustive document detailing every little fact about your empire. That's probably why this RP had such a tough start: everyone blew their load on these bloated factsheets when they should have saved their creative energy on posts.
