The idea in my head is that radios in the four nations of the League are an important source of information. There's mostly operable radios in pre-war vehicles; there's a few radios in big social centers (such as a bar, inn, or marketplace), and there's radios in the hands of important people (like the Secretary General). Besides that, they're not common.

There's also only two radio stations: a government one which plays music all day (except to bring up news alerts and any big warnings / announcements) and another which plays different music and has a popular radio evangelist that preaches anti-Evol behavior and some fairly conservative rhetoric.

I don't have too much of an issue with this as long as said radios tend to be a bit unreliable at times since they're old and most likely salvaged and put back together with spare parts. [@Dinh AaronMk] Might be a bit more knowledgable on the realism of this but from my point of view, they're okay as long as you take into account the obvious draw backs.
