I have seen/heard/read it occur on many sites (some more than others, depending on whether and how aggressively they force caching), on plenty of devices, on plenty of browsers. Hard refreshing often solves that. 

As for reinstalling Firefox:
	a) RPG is the only site to ever suffer from this issue.
	b) It occurs on several devices. 
	c) I pretty much cannot afford to remove/reinstall the browser at the time being.
