Alright people, some book keeping stuff: 

I'm now closing this RP off to new players (anyone whose already posted their interest needs not worry). This is to make sure that people can still expand without having to go up against others if they don't want to. It also makes sure that this RP doesn't become too much of a waiting game.

That said, if you go a week without even poking into the OOC just to say you are alive, you will be automatically kicked and your nation turned into an NPC. Similarly, if you hold up the IC too much by not posting IC, you will also be kicked and NPC'd.

If you believe that you cannot uphold this then I advise you drop out now since by continuing you are basically agreeing to these terms.

Also everyone who hasn't posted their NS or apps, do try to send them in and notify me about them. If you've sent them in but I have not responded, my bad and resend.
