Msaliti was training the security personnel when he heard the alarm. Ordering the men under him to prepare for the worst. If they were boarded, which was unlikely but not impossible. He would need them to be on alert and ready to repel the enemy. Stalking through the corridors of the ship he made his way to the bridge. Looking at the screen he quietly assessed their situation. The ship they were in was state of the alert, yet the ships in their way had some strange things going on with them. 

He bowed to their captain as he would any superior."It is possible that they may be pirates?" 

His voice was deep when he spoke in human tongue and his words slow and deliberate in the pronunciation of each word. Why the humans decided to mince their words so much was something Msaliti never understood, his mother tongue was much faster and smoother there was no need for many words in his home planet. He addressed their captain, a person he was more than happy to obey orders from. He had proven his strength and his intelligence in battle many a time.

Looking back at the ship he scanned them over for a second time. "Though I have never seen such technology before so I apologise if my knowledge is lacking in this department."
