That gives the person going second a massive advantage. Unless player one can attack on turn one now.

I thought it was all pretty balanced to begin with.

That whole "player 1 doesn't draw" exists in Magic and Hearthstone because player one [s]actually has a tangible board advantage[/s] still gets to attack first. And they start their mana progressions sooner.

Yugioh doesn't freaking have summoning sickness or mana and should definitely be balanced in a different way. Perhaps the way they already had it!

EDIT: upon further review, I overlooked just how fucking ridiculous the game is now. You can do a bunch of things on first turn + Heavy Storm is gone now. So -shrug-
