[@Abefroeman] Looks better, and acceptable. Only major things I can say is some passing sort of advice, if I can call it that. While the number of dudes you have serving in your army is doable I'd venture to imagine economic activity in the state would be slow given so many people will be tied up in the barracks or in the field, or committed to simply destroying people and things and not really building anything long term. There'd be value in private small-arms manufacture and related industries by making demand for it artificially, but I don't imagine much else would be going on and other areas might be experiencing stress. Keep that in a half mind, again nothing I'd deny you for. Ecologically it sounds like Northern California is now more like Oregon and Washington. And then a word of warning on a lot of bio-fuels in engines: as much as they sound like a god-send it is a stress to the food supply, and I'm going to re-iterate that the alcohol that'll be introduced into the fuel will introduce water into the engine and too much can actually kill it. The alcohol can also be corrosive to parts. While you might be able to McGuyver fuel lines and stuff when they dry-rot out with the alcohol, I don't know about the other seals in the engines. Nothing I'll deny you on, just give you notice of for when you do write. To anyone else, I've always found this interesting on just how crazy engines can be: RCR's Falcon rebuild is a very enlightening journey.
