False I  believe he already rules the earth, hence Christmas being earlier every year. Pretty soon every holiday will be Christmas and then it will be Christmas the entire year. At that point people in every street in the world have to sacrifice a random child every year (age doesn't matter as long as it's under 18) or their entire country gets nuked.
