-Yes, you may submit characters with exposed skin. This isn't a holy party. But use this with caution. It depends on class (warrior, mage, ranger, elf, etc.). Warriors wearing bikinis or who are practically naked will not be accepted.
-Submit by posting down the images in the thread (use spoliers please.) If you have read this, put "library" in your post. :D

I'd check out Pinterest as well. Been finding a lot of good imagery on that sight lately.
