One compromise might be that some Snares just inherently will continue to grow older even when normal humans would remain in stasis. In other words, it's up to you. :)

Yeah your right. I think its better everyone stays the same age the went into the stone, cause if its been like a 1000 years all the Snares would be aged and dead. idk  :D

EDIT:: And like they would be emotionally and mentally still 10 years old.
