[@Catchphrase] I can honestly say I have never heard of either of those characters, but from a quick search of both of them they seem very interesting characters and would be glad to have either on board of this RP =) My only warning is try to be carful if you go the Mephistopheles route with you know the whole working for the devil thing, I say this to avoid potential OPness and offending anyone.
