I haven't played it myself but I've watched the fiancee play over Skype while we talked. Lot of fun, followed both the Institute and Brotherhood storylines.

Nice old-time reminiscing and revival if you go with the Brotherhood line (not sure if you know what I'm talking about so I'll refrain from saying it, although he fanboyed over it lol).

The building aspect is...interesting. Doesn't always work out quite like you planned but you can get the job done with creativity. Was funny to watch [@LoneSilverWolf] rage while fortifying and building.
