[@ClocktowerEchos] Well, yes. We've seen that Ruby especially is useless without her weapon. BUT, she is almost always able to use it in any situation.

[hider]HOwever, with Velvet, she apparently needs to build this ability up. She was going to use it at the end of volume 2, but Coco told her not to waste it. She needed permission to use it now.

So what was she doing otherwise? Apparently she was just standing around up until now? Like, I don't understand what else she has if this is supposed to be her big "once in a blue moon" thing. If this makes sense?[/hider]
