When: Current Day Where: Southern United States Who: Vampire Faction belonging to New Orleans (Faction #317) and Werewolf pack owning territory around and in New Orleans. What Is Going On?: Vampires and Werewolves have called on a war against each other after the supposed murder of the pack's alpha, done by 317's leader herself.

the werewolf pack's alpha was murdered in his home only a week ago, left with vampire bites all over the pieces of his body that were left intact. It was rumored for a long while that 317's leader, Elle Woodson, was planning on killing him and finally starting the war that feels it is long over due. For years the werewolves and vampires have fought over New Orleans territories, and it's finally come to a peak. The blood count will be high, and many will die (for the final time, in some cases) But this not only poses issues for werewolves and vampires, it effects localized witches, fae, shapeshifters and even the humans! Sides will have to be chosen, and everyone is in danger.

Vampire - Survives on blood. Must drink at least a sustainable amount of blood each week to get by, weakly. Drinking "live" has a significant effect on how the body reacts, making the vampire feel remotely similar to drunkeness. Has enhanced strength and speed. Extremely irritable in sunlight-avoids at all costs-nocturnal. Can only survive 3 days without sleep. Can be killed by beheading, stake to the heart, burning, or removement of the heart or throat. Werewolf - Goes through moon cycles, reaches peak of strength a few days before full moon. Enhanced smell, vision, and stamina. Can only turn twice a cycle (more preferable towards the full moon, else it is extremely more painful than usual) Has extremely good tracking skills. Can be killed by any major places, like the heart and brain. Weapons need to be silver to make it fully effective. Witches - Human, besides their powers. Powers are limited and can be decided upon case to case. Shapeshifter - can shift into whatever creature they last layed eyes open. Can not be exclusive to choosing whatever animal they would like on the spot, has to be in memory from the last two hours before the shift. Have heightened senses and are a bit stronger than the average human. Humans - can be oblivious to the supernatural & if not, need a good reason not to be.
Rules: 1.) Any other basic-dont be a bootybuttmeandude rule Character Sheet: Name: Age: Gender: Species: Side Chosen: (if in high ranking places in either Faction or Pack, please state here) Appearance: Bio:
Terrango Bar - Werewolf Territory This is a common hangout for the werewolf pack and is a well known territory. Anybody who's not in the pack or with the pack is unsafe when entering here. It is located away from New Orleans, and into a more country side environment. The reputation is kept intimidating so no random strangers come waltzing in. Some meetings and fights go down here. But most of the time, it's the pack trying to hang around, be themselves, and enjoy the company. Red's Underground Road - Vampire Territory A long string of passage ways that wander outside of New Orleans, where the vampires run rampid. There are cell blocks and holding rooms that some made into dens, sleep rooms, even live blood storage units (rattling chains and cries included) Here there aren't many rules, and only vampires know of it's existence. Hank & Julie's - Public (Witch Territory) A little thrifty store, that also doubles as a witch supply store. The cellar holds stock for New Orlean's black magic market. Run by a warlock itself, Hank wards off any werewolves or vampires who try to breech into the place or monitor for any witches. Building 317 - Vampire Territory A small corner store that disguises itself as a civil law firm. Is really the official working and organizational space of Faction 317. Of course, all of that is hidden away into the lower levels, beneath the civil lawyers. Hound's - Werewolf Territory A night club, owned by werewolf pack mates. Exclusively open to werewolves, humans, and witches, but no vampires allowed. Is one of the hottest spots around on the weekends. Lily's - Public A little breakfast place, has a reputation for the best waffles and gritz around. Family owned and run. Haffermund Haystack - Werewolf Territory In close proximity to the bar, is a farm that is for all werewolves. Votes, discussion, and official pack meetings are taken here, when Terrango's feels too public & not at home. Is a large abandoned farm, that in the fall is run as a halloween attraction to fundraise for the pack. Barns are littered around the many acres, where the werewolves mostly find themselves. The farm house was the house of the Alpha, before he was killed. Fruity'd - Public Bar in New Orleans busiest center, always filled with tourists & a commonplace for vampires to find some food. Garrison House - Public Popular restaraunt, themed with old time photos & a jukebox. Home cooked food and some nice black coffee. Open 24hours & is good after a night of being out with friends. Victor Park - Public Playground for kids, holds a small nature trail behind the swings and slides.
