[@Vordak][@terror of light]I'd say most characters are capable of achieving sonic speeds. Though that is usually not solely through their characters capability. I thought about placing a hard cap on speed, but for various reasons I dont really like that approach. I will say, however, that the fastest characters should be able to go on their own merits will be slightly beneath sound-speed.

And now that I'm looking it over, I'm not entirely crazy about him having more or less all elemental resistances as well. As for his invisibility, I'm not against invisibility as an ability, but the way it's described makes him both invisible, undetectable, and invincible. 

Light, you'll need to nerf his max speed to below sound, and alter the mechanics of your invisibility so that it's more fair.
