[@ribcageroses] Well more or less it's telepathy, and it varies to an extent.  If the person is stronger than her in will then she cannot read her mind.  The only exception to this rule is Rebecca because willingly she lets Cammie read her thoughts. Also Cammie's abilities aren't really all that powerful.
