I don't happen to have a ready sheet on hand for the Street Fighter-level stuff you're gunning for here, but I know Enki, Ev and Starfall.  Uzuki is [i]enormously[/i] more dangerous than Enki-the-character, who is actually one of the lowest-powered combatants in this particular crew of dudes; Sky is capable of standing against any 'Powered' character you care to name, and whatever Starfall does is going to be the end of this particular tournament regardless of any limits you seek to impose on it.

No skin off my nose, I suppose!  I will keep my filthy little-girl hands off your tournament and watch the Princess enjoy herself in folks' entrails.  Good luck and happy screaming, everyone!
