Rhona And Jay
The trek had been long and hard to Rhona and Jay's new home. The ran together, shoulder to shoulder, with long, quick strides; without saying in a word. Rhona had noticed the strangling cub and had, at one point, gently picked the youngling up by the scruff and carried her, so that she could rest without falling behind. They did not pay much attention to the rest of the pack, except for the the female in front and the male alpha in back. After the pack's long trek, they finally arrive at their new 'den'. Several old rotten cabins filled a clearing, and nothing but forestry and nature for miles; a perfect environment for the pack to grow and thrive. Upon arrival, though a few of the others had reverted back to their human forms, the twins remained in their wolf forms. Rhona gently placed the cub by the other wolves before they moved over, out of the way, on the edge of the clearing. They then proceeded to smell and examine each other, checking for any injuries they may have received during their travels, not saying a word. They spoke telepathically. "Are you sure you're OK?" Jay's thoughts echoed to Rhona. "Yeah I'm fine. What about you? You OK?" She echoed back. Leon nodded then glanced at their new pack as they started to settle in to their new den. "So... What do you think of them? Our new home? Our pack?" Rhona went silent as she eyed the others. Her thoughts finally echoed through. "I don't know just yet. But... It doesn't matter much what I think. This is our pack. This is our home. We should be grateful, brother." "I know... I know..." He replied. They fell silent once more as they watched the pack.
