The great Moskva Empire
Territory: Russia, Ukraine,belarus, lithuania, Latvia,Estonia
Description of Government: From the Capital of Moskva The Czar sits on his throne. Through his Senate he rules his people. The senate acts as the voice of his people, offering a more localized picture of their respective represented regions. From the Bloody Civil war, he learned that to avoid such a bloody outcome, his people must be allowed to have a voice. on paper The people have a voice through their elected Senators, The Czar has huge influence in the senate, causing most of them to support his actions. While he rarely uses his power, often times letting the senate handle things, he is willing to use his power if he felt it necessary. 
Description of Economy: The nation has in almost every major city, heavy industry for their military. With a large number of their population working in the factories. With its size, much of the farm able land is covered in farms. with the Size of the nation, there is still alot of forested and mine able areas left untapped due to its large size. 

Description of Culture: Due to the constant fighting of the civil war and revolts that had ended 30 years ago. The people are still recovering bits and pieces from the fighting with weapons, equipment, bodies and supplies found almost daily on the former battlefields. Having Won, The Royal government is viewed as the undisputed ruler. Having beaten the communist and anti Royal Nationalists, The people were force into submission as Royalist forces destroyed the last strongholds of the "Traitors" Any who where found guilty of collaborating with them were either thrown in a state fund labor camp or killed. Most were distrustful of the Government even as The Czar granted pardons and granted the common man more of a voice in the government. during the 30 years the nation has seen a major shift in how the people see the government. The younger generations of the nation, believe the propaganda of the government. They believe in the Czar, the military and their nation.
Under the watchful eye of the Moskva Security Department (MSD), a state police force created to arrest any persons caught speaking or doing actions that could be considered plotting against the state. Officially they arrest them and through due process find them guilty or innocent. Unofficially they act as a secret police often in civilian clothing routing out any would be traitor. They send many of the people caught ti forced labor camps  Arresting anyone who In public they foster a Pro nationalist and pro Czarist in schools and public areas.
Description of Military: The military of Moskva is considered a very primitive military. Their weapons and armor will not win any beauty contests, as they often called clunky and just plain ugly nor is technologically advanced, but has been tested in combat and found to be like by generals and privates alike. Having a large population available to the Moskva empire, they find their strength, the legions of men and women to swarm over the enemy positions.  During the Civil war much of the fighting was either urban combat in the cities, or armored vehicle combat in the plains. With a military almost designed to fight in these conditions, they excel in these fields and is almost the definition of an offensive force. 
History: A nation forged in the fires of war, the Moskva empire has been involved in nearly every major war, and with a number of civil wars within its boarders, this nation has seen more war then a number of others. founded over 320 years ago the Moskva empire was founded by a number of small nations conquered and assimilated into then Moskva Confederation. At the time a number of small city states united in a common need for protection and trade with many drawn into war with power hungry neighbors. Headed by the militarily focused Moskva the confederation,  waged war against these aggressors. Having fought the enemy to a stalemate, an offer was made my the Czar of Moskva . Join the alliance willingly or be crushed and forced in. While many laughed at the "Crazed King" there were a few who knew the king had some merit in his words, While stretched thin The alliance had turned an almost assured crushing defeat, to a bloody stalemate with a good chance of pushing them back. for everyone that did surrender those troops were redeployed in other theaters. Soon the war changed drastically. With a sizable number of troops moving to isting battlefronts the alliance went on the offensive. quickly the exhausted enemy troops were over run by seasoned and elite troops drawn from the former warzones. Finally peace was brought to the alliance as all other city states surrendering requesting a truce, or being totally destroyed. After several years of peace, the ones who willingly joined the Confederation proposed the creation of a unified nation.  With the capital as Moskva and the Moskva royal family to be the rulers, due to their leadership during the defense of the other cities. under the rule of the Czar they built up a strong military. Officially isolationist there was little news for their neighboring nations to say the nations strength. With in the nation settling of their eastern frontier became their highest priority. claiming lard swatches of land that was unsettled or offering the small nations and city states a place within the nation they expanded their nation. like wise nations and city states to their west willing joined the nation, if only out of fear of the unknown. slowly the nation grew till it is the monolith it is today while still the north is mainly uninhabited  there are many cities that dot the south,west and east. 37 years prior to the present, while still an isolationist nation, The western provinces( Ukraine,belarus, lithuania, Latvia,Estonia) demanded independence and recognition as a sovereign independent government. The government of this would be nation would free of empire control the reality was they would have been a puppet state.  The Czar at the time, saw this not only as disrespect but as an act of war. The Moskva- Kiev war began, counted as the bloodiest war to date within the nation, almost the entire Kiev nation was devastated by the war. The war lasted five years, and during those five years many war crimes were committed by the Czarist forces. Mass killings, killing of citizens who spoke out against the Czar or the war. it became clear something had to be done. Near the ending of the war, Two groups rose up within the nation. The Peoples army, a group that wanted to due away with the Czar, advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs. by use of killing,fear, and propaganda they would claim their seat of power. Against the, with them were the Nationalist Guard. A force that believed in Moskva as a people and a nation. but felt the Czar needed to be done away with since he, from their point of view, was a tyrant. As the War ended with an Unconditional surrender by Kiev The Imperial Army joined the fray. For two years the was Exhausted Imperial soldiers fought what was thought to be an impossible war. The Czar demanded they shed their blood in his name, to die for him because he commanded. Even among the Royalist forces, They knew something had to be done. the son of the Czar, a military man who had seen action during the war, a hero to his men. He had suffered the horrors of war with the common man, he dragged wounded to aid stations. He saw the out come of his fathers actions, and knew something must be done. 
using a a revolt in the capital, he Ordered his father to evacuate the city with troops loyal to the Throne. The heir sent in a a full regiment of 3000 men to "help" the Czar. Setting up positions at the last viable way out of the city, the east gate, the regiment held off rebels and rioters. It took 12 hours, but finally The Czar and and the remains of a of the honor guard. of the original 150 men, only 32 made it to the regiment. Immediately he was arrested, with the 32 men offering no resistance to the arrest. After two days he was executed for Treason. Having taken full control The heir met with the remaining generals of the army. With a growing number of Rebel soldiers, He had to put a stop to it. using all the pull he had, he convinced them to give him a chance.
