Since you have the darkness, yes you will, the whole darkness deal with the black holes, the gun channeling, the tentacle thing and the other stuff that both games had. You won't have them all at the start, though, over time, you will gain them. My character would have no powers, probably some gun skills though just to be able to fend off the cult after the darkness.
