Added. There's already a purple and teal country, so I made you blue for now. It's just done in 'Paint', if you want to change your own colour or territory. Lithuania, Estonia, etc. are already occupied by [@PolishKing], so I expanded you into Kazakhstan instead. You're welcome to declare war on him to take them back, however. 

Until he comes back, his country is considered common-use, so that anyone can use it as a faction in their own story. I'll RP as his nation for any major events (the kind that would change the layout of the map), that require someone impartial. Just let me know when. His Character Sheet is halfway down Page 1 of the OOC, and I've reposted it to the Characters tab.
