Uzuki watches as her odd looking opponent does indeed dodge the spell like she thought he would, after all it wasn't really that hard to avoid such a focused spell. It did however let her know that he is very much liking to stay up above the action, which is fine for now. His greeting back to her revealed that his voice was raspy like the guy somehow smoked twelve packs a day through that mask of his. "Now I understand what is going on." He speaks out after he dodges and Uzuki just can't help to think to herself that maybe his name should be Gravel-throat instead. She always tries to nickname way to early and ends up having to change it later...every freaking time it seemed. Gravel-throat wasn't done as he pointed his hand with his fingers straight at her. At first she didn't know if he wanted to play some odd form of rock-paper-scissors with her. A game which she would have a distinct disadvantage because she didn't even know what beat "claw" in this game. His chanting starts and she knew then he was going to do something...fingery, so she positions her body with her right foot forward and sliding her left foot back. Her Runed right hand positions itself above the handle of her katana as her left reaches to grip the sheath. The orbs form from his fingertips and are unleashed at her, each about a basketball size and heading straight for her. With a smirk she reaches and grips her swords handle, "Last Eclipse" formed from the bonding of the Dawn of all Days God Fear and the Eclipse Rune on her hand. Once she grips the blade the outer rim of her rune on her hand begins to glow a red color. Drawing the sword swiftly and with ease out of her sheath the blade itself seems to be on fire. With her specialized sword techniques the Hiten Mitsurugi the sword draw becomes the actual attacking slash, and with this slash into the air from the "sun" fire branded blade a large arc of fire erupts from it. The flare arc strikes at an upward angle not at her opponent but directly at the white balls he sent at her. The size of the arc was not overly large, but precisely placed so that the balls converging on her would run smack dab into it. The resulting collision of energies would more than likely cancel them both out which was what she was intending anyway. After the blazing fire arc was cut into the air, Uzuki expertly and just as swiftly as she drew the weapon sheathed it back into its starting point. The blazing arc and possibly resulting explosion of clashing energies she had hoped to give her some cover as she took off running to the right to circle around the waters edge, keeping an eye on ol'gravel gobbler. "I wonder if this guys just gonna sit up there like a coward. I'd hate to have to force him down." The Flamerose thought to herself as she ran. She knew of tricky opponents who liked their tricks, but this guy was just sitting above water not wanting to move. She will keep entertaining him for now, but eventually she will have to get rid of that water somehow... Stopping after completing about twenty-five percent of the circle around the water she raises her right hand in the air. The Eclipse rune fully glows as she casts its most simple spell. A simple vision of a moon about the size of a normal kitchen table forms above her head as it begins to rise up higher above her and closer to the altitude of her opponent. A strange howl is heard as if some wolf somewhere was calling out to this new fictional moon. When the howl ends the moon sends out three pulses of lunar-elemental energy directly at him. Each one firing off a second after the other and after its done with the third pulse the moon fades away. Again she thought to herself this guy can easily dodge this. "So like we doin' this or we just gonna keep shooting things back and forth gravel-gobbler?" She calls out to him.
