That depends on whether Rochefort is the first dynasty to rule it. If it's in line with, say, Altea, then I'm pretty sure Rochefort would be the sole dynasty and one could be justified in calling the kingdom that, even if a new dynasty ends up taking the throne in the future.

So it could go either way.
