[indent]The Misfits is a band of Super Mutants, Ghouls, and other “freaks”, all with intelligence not unlike the average human. Their leader, (Insert My Soon-To-Be Character’s Name Here), brought them together in 2279, when he broke out of his cell in Vault 207 - a Vault-Tec experiment about the mutation of humans, not unlike Vault 87, though with a different type of method and a larger variety of mutants. Once he’d broken out, he rescued as many other mutated residents as he could, before Vault Security came and they had to flee. Afterwards, they started wandering what was left of Vancouver, discovering new things and learning techniques to survive. They tend to play multiple roles, with them sometimes raiding smaller factions and villages to get supplies, and sometimes helping people out and trading. However, after the strange transmissions and gossip around Vancouver, rumours have begun to spread that they have their motive set on finding the crash site, and discovering what the “mysterious metal” truly is.[/indent][/hider]
