Though I don't have anything specific in mind right now, there must be a way to use your power to plague people. 
I was thinking of how it's sort of the opposite power that Cara has. Perhaps there is a nice way your character can work together with her. Especially since Sky doesn't get along greatly with her. 
Other combinations must be possible as well. Maybe she can play an important role in a team task. Learning someone's fear for instance and somehow using that. Just thinking out loud. maybe it gives you inspiration.
