O-blades won't cut each other, so I suppose you can think of them like lightsabers. 

For your second question, first let me say thank you for bringing up a concern you have right away. This RP isn't going to have any katanas slicing bullets out of the air, or the like. I already have spoken with [@TK421], and expressed the inherent limitation of having a character based around a pair of bladed weapons in this universe. There won't be any special accommodations made IC where such a loadout is more applicable than, say, a pistol. I liked aspects of the character however, and so I allowed it. Sometimes people can play characters well, even in strange circumstances, and I like to give that chance. If issues arise with the cohesion of the story because of [i]anyone's[/i] character being out of sync, I'll be sure to address it.
