Though I'd like to prevent only two people reacting two each other constantly, I think it's fine in this situation. 
Everybody is still figuring out what to do and whom to talk to, so it might even help others, depending on what interactions you have in mind for nina. 
As a guideline we could say that at least two other people need to have posted, before you post again. So that would work in this case.
