For me, Fitz ans Simmons have always been a tie for my favorite characters. It also helps that they are my OTP. I love their quirky sense of humor and overall mannerisms. I don't know how much into s3 you got(I won't say anything specific in the event that you haven't watched any of it). I honestly don't have any character I don't like. I mean, they each bring something to the show that makes it what it is(which is awesome! :D)
