With a bemused smile, Ruri walked up the pathway towards the academy. Within one of her hands she was fiddling with the pipe that she always carried with her, the other playing around with a solitary gear, black in color. Behind her, with a very curious expression, despite her best attempts at hiding it, was Suki, her black ribbon fluttering lightly, as if to convey her excitement. "Master, to think we could successfully escape from your family, what an adventure!" With a cheery laugh, the familiar shrugged, acting without a care in the world. "Of course. I had planned multiple different strategies and back ups, for every possibility. There's nothing that could really go wrong." With a rather matter-of-fact tone, Ruri stated her outlook. However, with her familiar staring at her face rather intently all of the sudden. Despite pretty much guessing the reason behind the stare, she still couldn't help but to voice her question. "Is there something on my face?" However, Suki ignored the question with her own words. "You've over-exerted yourself haven't you?" More of a statement than a question, Suki almost glared at the blonde. "It's not that bad, to the point of rupt-" At that point, the rest of Ruri's words were swallowed figuratively, as she clasped a hand over her mouth. With a muffled retching sound, blood spilled between her fingers. Subconsciously reaching out her hand to grab onto anything for support, it was caught by Suki's own, who stood beside her with a grim expression, but stayed silent during the fit. After a few moments, Ruri unsteadily straightened out, wiping the blood off, before taking in a long draw from her pipe. Exhaling out a suspicious, purple smoke, she smiled with an amused look towards her familiar. "My, my, to think you would be this concerned over me." Suki immediately turned her head away, stuttering, "N-not that I care! It would be really annoying if you died, that's all!", evidently blushing. Laughing quietly at the other's antics, Ruri made her way through the academy's front doors.
