Only the noobiest of Chasers wouldn't know about YTC, to say the truth. Someone like Rui-Ling is expected to have faced their forces before, since they are one of the major powers in the Chasersverse.

Just to remember, since they are a former Zaibatsu, they are around at least since the times of Meiji Restoration, which is the first time humans had any substantial contact with Youkai in large numbers, right about the time when Chikage came out of the Deep Crimson.
