Narrowing her dark eyes ever so slightly, she let her gaze flick up and down her figure; slight muscle… stronger than most others that she could see in the group... but then sloppily cared for when it came to toning. Though she couldn't tell whether it was due to not having a decent training partner, or whether it was just pure laziness? And... was that meant to be sarcasm, or a genuine welcome? Turning her gaze away from her after a few more moments of sizing her new cabin-mate up, she once more gave her full attention back down to the rest of the group that filled the space in front of her, taking her time to look each and every single one of them over before her gaze fell on the figure of a blond guy who seemed insistent on staring right back at her- the unintentional challenge throwing her just slightly, though she didn’t show it. “Well then… seems as though we’ll be living together during my stay.” What in the name of Pluto was wrong with this guy… didn’t he know better than to challenge someone he knew absolutely nothing about- but then she should have known better than to expect much from the Grecians of whom called this place home. He was small… weight wise anyway- not much muscle tone, and while holding the air of a warrior, he looked far from it; but there was something about him… No; she wasn’t here for things like love- how many times had it been drummed into her..? It was the number one rule at Camp Jupiter: never trust a Grecian. As soon as they had the chance, they would double cross, and stab you clear in the back. Clenching her jaw tightly for a moment at the very thought of her training, Aella tore her gaze away from him; the young demigoddess lifting her hands up from where they had been resting against the saddle, she straightened her back, gathering as much of her long ombre hair as she could before she tied it back into a high though messy bun, doing what she could to ignore the stray strands that fell down about her face as she leant forward once more, her attention instead shifting over to a new addition to the group as her jibe hit her ears. "Hey guys, did you all forget to tell Miss My Little Pony that the stables are that way?" ”I don’t remember asking, because I didn’t want anyone to make a big fuss. I don’t need a welcoming committee, or some big long tour that’s going to waste both mine and the other person’s time. I am more than capable of finding my own way around this place. Besides; I’m only here because I made a promise, and I intend to keep it.” Narrowing her eyes at the blonde who was so obviously weary of her, Aella’s soft pink lips turned up into a small though still amused smirk- the girl was smart to be cautious… Unable to help the soft and quite oddly melodic chuckle that fell out through her lips, she let her dark gaze drop down to the creature in which she was still mounted, her head lightly shaking from side to side as she patted the horse gently and rather affectionately against its neck a couple of times; the daughter of Ares remaining silent and content for a few more minutes before she once more sat up, her back straight and her head held high within her pride as she let her attention turn once again down to the group in front of her, her Texan accent strong as she once more addressed the woman who had turned up to the party late. “You’re smart… more so than some of others from what I’ve observed. Caution is your friend- if your gut is telling you to be weary of my presence… that’s great. Be sure to listen to it like a good little Grecian; because I can assure you that I am most definitely one to keep an eye on…” Chuckling once again, though this time slightly louder than before, Aella allowed her gaze to tear away from the girls figure so that she could once more look around the group; her smile fading only slightly as her attention was yet again drawn back to the blond guy… Seriously; what the hell was wrong with her..?
