Starting location will depend on a given group or player. However, for now I'm gonna say we're starting in a large capital city on the continent of Vostira. The city is called Calivast.

The three main starting areas right now are all capital cities. There is one on each continent.

The continents are called Nymia, Koir, and Vostira.

Their biggest cities are Vaemia, Olias, and Calivast respectively.

Each city is a capital to one of the great nations/coalitions/forces on their respective continent, but they are by no means the only capital cities.
