[b]Appearance:[/b] Irrelevant. The Ashtar are reptilian humanoids, but they make a point of concealing themselves in flowing robes and obscuring mists. Beneath that, Llyena has the characteristic smooth reptilian skin and angular features of an Ashtar. Her hair is medium length and dark; her nose is thin and pointed; her eyes are a piercing glowing blue.

[b]Faction:[/b] Ashtar

[b]Abilities:[/b] Llyena is an accomplished psintegrat. She is fully capable of basic and higher level telekinetic manipulation; anything from throwing objects to molecular manipulation. Her preferred attacks are simpler warps that generate blasts of psionic energy.

[b]Equipment:[/b] Powered battle armour; built in energy pulse weaponry, limited flight capabilities, cybernetic interfaces, wrist mounted psi-blades, shielding systems

[b]Personality:[/b] Among a generally sober and reflective people, Llyena’s compassion and quick temper stand out. She’s slow to trust, but quick to defend her friends and allies. In any group setting, Llyena is outspoken and assertive. She wears the concealing facade of calm dignity common to her people, but she is much quicker to discard it than others, particularly if her temper gets the best of her.

[b]Short Bio:[/b] Llyena has an extremely long and storied past, ranging back a few hundred thousand years and crossing multiple lives and types of life. Diplomat, Admiral, Wife, Mother, Empress, Ascendiant, Exile; countless memories dance around her mind, frustratingly incomplete. Most recently, Llyena has retired from commanding the Ashtar fleets, and instead been entrusted to act as a sort of multi-universal diplomat. Operating a small corvette with inter-universal capabilities, Llyena has been poking her nose into the Omniverse conflict, trying to figure out the Ashtar’s place in it all.

[b]Scale:[/b] Multi-galactic

[b]Capabilities:[/b] While relatively new to the multiverse scene, the Ashtar are quick studies. They have the resources of the entire Dantalion galactic cluster (~50 galaxies) available to power their vast war machine, and individually their psionic abilities make them formidable soldiers. Huge capital ships thousands of kilometers long, armies of trillions, and planetary destruction weapons mean the Ashtar are a formidable force, despite their relatively small size. They have had interdimensional capability for some time, but have only recently managed to adapt that tech for inter-universal travel. 

The mainstay of Ashtar technology is currently based around exotic particle manipulation, providing ample power sources and heavy energy weapons. Since their introduction to the multiverse, the Ashtar have rapidly begun developing new technologies based on the huge influx of information from the many other universes they have since visited. All-forces-nullification weapons are being mounted on the next generation of warships; quantum vacuum singularities will provide near infinite power; pocket dimension shields will render ships nigh invulnerable, while temporal stasis construction yards will build new war machines almost instantly.

Individually, the Ashtar are highly psychic, and share a unified conscious they simply call the Union. Through the Union, they share all thoughts, feelings, and knowledge. Even the least skilled Ashtar can lift and move objects via telekinesis, while the most capable can generate blasts of fire and lightning by applying telekinesis on a molecular level. The Ashtar also have a large number of ‘warps’ in their arsenal; simplified psionic patterns that can produce more complex results, making elaborate telekinesis more widely available. Most importantly, the Union allows an Ashtar’s mind to survive the death of its body, to be placed in a newly cloned body later, granting the Ashtar a form of immortality.
