Here are some of my thoughts on the relationships:
Gryffyth Wolfsblood: Maybe there's racial tension, due to Peren being a wealthy elf from the cities to the south and Gryffyth being the Outcast from the Forest. Peren probably grew up hearing stories of "those brutes from the forest" and has a stereotype of Wood Elves fixed into his mind. They can both speak Elvish, so this may help them salvage any kind of a relationship. Tina So'Viari: Peren, as a merchant, will be naturally suspicious (even if he doesn't show it) of the thievery brand on her neck. Since they're both Southerners, maybe some kind of friendship can develop but he'd need to know she was TRULY reformed before trusting her fully. Imirria Val’dannis: Again, maybe racial tensions due to Wood Elf/High Elf presumptions about each other but as Miri is a half-elf (AND a healer), perhaps less so than with Gryff. She can speak Elvish, so they'd probably find something in common there. Warwick Blackbriar: I'd think Peren has some kind of respect for Warwick due to his humble background with Bison but their relationship will most likely never be too close. When Warwick starts fighting and inevitably saving Peren from some kind of danger, he'll probably become a bit friendlier. Thaddeus, the Watchful Man: Since he joined up with him, I'd assume he'd trust Thaddeus quite a bit and will be curious about his past. James Morter: Peren, at a first meeting, will feel a private disgust of Morter, due to his mercenary background and arrogant personality. But I can see them developing some kind of begrudging friendship, probably based around gossip about the others, their southern place of birth and their similar personalities.
