As far as I see things:

Commander Hayes, Ling, Nataly, and Joey (and possibly Vanahara) are in the same general area, and the rogue mages are trying to retreat after having just set a bunch more things on fire.

Drew is off with the civilians, possibly helping with damage control. I'm not sure where Alexander is.
