[@Charnobylisk]Apostates are almost always hunted, but Templars, but unless you are actively trying to draw attention to yourself with magic, or deliberately showing off forbidden spells, then I don't think the general public would care all that much.

On a totally unbiased note, Worm is also absolutely amazing =P
