Okuyasu stands at a tall 6 foot and has a muscular physique. The most notable feature of his appearance is his long purple hair, accompanied with the scar that crosses his eye. He wears a dark jacket, upon which the sleeves bear the words "AC" on the right and "DC" on the left.

Personality:
Akira is self centred, although not the point he was before his time in prison. He thinks a lot more about other people these days, and has repented for his evil ways and is more dedicated to earning his fame through hard work rather than cheating. His main goal in life is to become a famous rock star, being extensively dedicated to his craft as a musician. 
History:
Akira's childhood was filled with troublemaking and practical jokes. His life only really got it's purpose when he learned how to play guitar, which he hasn't been separated from since getting it. His life only really got interesting when he turned 19.

This was when he encountered the Nijimura brothers and their bow and arrow. Akira was one of the many people shot with the bow, and one of the few who developed a stand as a result of the arrow. His stand, Red Hot Chili Pepper was formidable enough to assist him in the forceful taking of the bow and arrow from Keicho Nijimura, resulting in Keicho's death.

From that point on, Akira became a threat to Josuke and the rest of the DiU gang, threatening Jotaro to leave Morioh or face death. Of course, this only made the gang come after him more.

He ended up being beaten twice, before being knocked out by Okuyasu while in disguise as a member of the Speedwagon foundation. He was sent to prison for three years for his crimes.

He was released on time, and left prison a changed man. He is still rather self centred, but his outlook on life has changed from that of doing things the easy way to doing things the right way.
Abilities:
Akira's power lies in his stand, Red Hot Chili Pepper. Red Hot Chili Pepper's powers are centred around electricity. It uses electricity to buff it's strength, heal, levitate and even cover itself in an electric coat. Being a long range stand, Red Hot can also travel through any electrical system, and transform any object it holds into electricity to travel along with it.
