[@Aisling] Here in Germany, the taxes are calculated by a person's income: Those who earn a lot pay a lot of taxes. Those who earn less pay less. And those who can't pay (e. g. the unemployed) don't pay at all.
Those who have to pay, but deny to, are being arrested.

The picture looks good. The perspective is well. I'd just make the outlines of the things a bit sharper, so that you can see the things better.
