I actually don't see any problems.  She's got a lot going for her ability-wise, but the nature of level-one abilities and weapons means she's not inherently overpowered.  Giving your character some intriguing connections to the backstory is actually a very good idea!  We were definitely planning to have some big sections of this RP being character-driven, and the way you've set it up, you already have a potential subplot going for you.  All in all, Blair's good. Thanks. Yea I left the level ones because despite being a Demon general, I saw the whole 'all must start at level 1' and wasn't sure how to do up the techniques. Left it up for the GMs (especially Sho) to decide what needs to be changed and what doesn't. Once that happens, will probably need a few basic weapon attacks.
