yeah, it's an extra story from the yaoi series "Sekaiichi Hatsukoi". Now the difference between these are that they have the same basic roles, but these characters can be anything you want. Muse A doesn't have to be some hot loner that is obsessed with his work, and Muse D doesn't have to be some jaded uke that refuses to be in love.
