Typhoon

Stepping into a Typhoon
It was only a short time since I joined the Typhoon agency, I still remember the final test, a near free for all test to see how well I'd do surrounded, alone, and outgunned. I never expected to be put into the highest class, but I guess I could consider it overachieving without actually trying. A sudden chill began to spread across my chest, almost prying me of my thoughts, then a mature feminine voice broke me from my thinking."Please close your shirt." As I slowly returned reality and noticed I was in the infirmary, the nurse gave me a long look before she spoke." You're perfectly healthy, but there seems to be something a bit off about you, your skin isn't supposed to be this pale. I'd like for you to come around regularly for check-ups." She began to peel off her plastic gloves." I'm sorry that you had to wait so long, but Typhoon agents of your class need to be in the best of health, not many people just walk right on into the agency's first test and come out with the rank of S." I nodded agreeing with her as she discarded her gloves into a nearby waste bin." As per usual someone from your class will show you-" Before the nurse could even finish her sentence someone kicked in the door to the infirmary and rushed in, I jumped to my feet and came face to face with a young woman with the smile and ears of a goblin. She was about as thin as me and had long blonde hair tied into a ponytail the woman was wearing an oversized purple hoodie and black shorts. The nurse grabbed the young lady by her ponytail and dragged her out of my personal space before she began berating her." Chi, you think next time you could just knock on my door instead of kicking it in?" She asked the blonde. "Doc a dynamic entrance is always the best way to introduce yourself to new friends." She said with a bright smile." Hopefully, they won't be like everyone else in my killing class." Once the blonde laid her red eyes on me, she moved into my personal space again and slapped me on the butt before saying. " Sup my dude, bet you're ready to see all the fine ass girls in our class huh?" She asked in a casual tone. I grabbed the bridge of my nose and looked away from her before returning my look back at Chi." I'm not a guy." I mumbled." I'm a girl." I told her, holding back my desire to yell it. Chi grabbed the back of her neck chuckling nervously." I know, I was just kidding with you really, nice to see another chick in our little badass group of killers, what's ya name anyways." I looked Chi in the eye," It's Eiko, just that." Chi began looking up to the ceiling then closed her eyes as if she was thinking then snapped her fingers." Ah, I'll call you Ei-chan." she put a hand on my head before giving me a bright smile."Come on Ei-chan I'll show you around then take ya to our classroom." The tour Chi took me on was pretty quick, she showed me around to the common areas of the academy and always ended off her quick descriptions of each place with."You ain't gotta hang here though." After showing me the cafeteria, atrium, and several dozen hallways, Chi ended her tour, then announced to me that we're heading to the classroom. Chi and I made our way to what looked like a vault door of some kind she turned to me with a smile before saying." You got one of those badges right?" She asked before revealing her own. The blonde shoved her badge into a computer next to the vault door and quickly pulled it out and once the door opened it lead to a windowless hallway kept lit by a trail of lights, this hall, unlike the others, was sterile white unlike the eggshell color of the others. While Chi led me along, she began talking about how this section use to have dozens of badass people strolling through the halls and then we were at the door to the classroom. On the inside, there were fewer people than I expected, only a handful of different people doing their own thing by themselves. One albino guy was sitting by himself lining up different calibers of sniper bullets on his table while rifle magazines surrounded the little line-up. The albino wore a dull colored peacoat, black leather gloves, and matching colored pants, lying by his feet was a long case more than likely holding his rifle. Sitting at the table next to his was a tanned guy with his feet up. The man wore what looked like a Hawaiian shirt and khaki pants the guy had a holster slung across his shoulders. But his guns were laid out in pieces on the table with his ammo scatted around the table, the guy himself was leaned back and snoring loudly, covering his face was a catalog about handguns. On the other side of the room was a gingered haired woman fixing some unknown object that I couldn't guess to be a firearm or a knife, surrounding it was a mess of tools, screws, bolts and other things I didn't know the names to. She was wearing a summer dress with large black gloves and had a headband keeping her bangs from falling in front of her face. After looking over the gingered haired inventor, I spotted another girl sitting by the window and gazing at the scenery then I noticed that the classroom had windows, but the hallway didn't, I shook my head before looking back to the girl looking out the window. She was in a tight black dress with matching colored wristguards she looked like a typical goth girl, wrapped around one of her wrists was a long silver chain connected to a ball sitting on the table. Lastly, there was one guy sitting in the back of the room he had a large curved machete-like blade and was bringing a wheat stone across its edge slowly. The man looked like a hooded killer with a blue hoodie covered in a million stitches, unlike everyone else here he was the only one glaring at me with a death stare.
